Kenneth Stalnaker and Kimberly Castle were found guilty of various crimes, including bank fraud and wire fraud. After the verdict, the district court dismissed the bank fraud-related counts. We affirm the convictions and sentence and, as a result, do not reach the merits of the governments appeal.
