KEITH, Circuit Judge. Defendant, Larry Edward Stead, appeals the judgment of the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky at Bowling Green which found him guilty of receiving, concealing and storing stolen jewelry in interstate commerce in violation of 18 U.S.C. Â§ 2315. Stead was sentenced to ten years in the penitentiary following his plea of guilty. For the reasons set forth below, the decision of the district court is affirmed.
